On Tuesday night, you can join into an evening of celebrating engaged women in power electronics. In our panel discussion our guests from academia, industry and association will share their personal view of challenges which future engineers and researchers may face by pursuing a career in a STEM field and particularly power semiconductors. Their personal statements will be followed by a discussion on how to encourage young people to join the field of engineering. You can join the discussion and will have the chance to connect to other engineers and researchers in this enriching event.

The guest in the panel discussion will be:

Academia: Ulrike Grossner (Professor at ETH Zurich) and Nando Kaminski (Professor at University of Bremen)
Industry: Tanya Trajkovic (CEO and founder of Cambridge Microelectronics Ltd)
